There might be a customer who is unhappy about them but it does NOT mean they are not good. Why listen to others if you're going to say you're a pro?! DigitalRev is a trustworthy seller. The best thing is through your own experience. We all know that there are other camera store competitors that will defame and telling untruth about other camera stores.

IAs a pro shooter who travels all over the world, I need a supplier I can rely on and Digitalrev have failed miserably. I would NEVER deal with Digitalrev again. Their customer care number in Australia is NEVER answered and now they no longer even return my emails. One month afterwards and after checking with Hong Kong Post that the item had been collected weeks before, Digitalrev's customer service was still putting lies in writing saying they hadn't received it. After finally obtaining the 'authority' from Digitalrev, I had to pay to return the item registered and ensured. I had to go through all sorts of hassle to return defective $650.00 converter. If you think they'll look out for you because you are a pro and have bought loads of pro gear from them in the past, think again. I can't think of a worse customer service experience in my entire experience of buying on line. Assuming the item isn't defective, they are fine however, God help you if you receive a defective item.
